Robyn has worked as a dietitian for over 24 years, and specialised in the field of diabetes for 19 years. She is the Diabetes Coordinator for South West Sydney Local Health District, as well as a Senior Dietitian at the Diabetes Centre at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital. She is a Credentialed Diabetes Educator and Accredited Practising Dietitian. Robyn recently submitted her PhD thesis (University of Newcastle) on the impact of maternal weight gain on GDM maternal and neonatal outcomes. She is a lead or co-author of several publications on this topic. She is the NSW Convenor of the Dietitians Association of Australia Diabetes Special Interest Group.
