Nina Meloncelli is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and an early career researcher with Metro North Health and the University of Queensland. Nina's current research program, funded as part of a Queensland Advancing Clinical Research Fellowship, focuses on dietary approaches to modulate the gut microbiome to prevent gestational diabetes. Nina's work incorporates co-design with consumers to improve translatability, acceptability and applicability of the intervention and findings. Nina is also the program lead for Allied Health Translating Research Into Practice for Metro North which focuses on building knowledge and confidence amongst Allied Health Practitioners to translate research evidence into practice in a timely and effective manner.
